Student “Kiss-N-Go” Drop Off & Pick Up Procedures

It is against the law to make a U-turn or pass another vehicle in an active school zone!

Lane #3 – Lane must remain clear for emergency vehicles ONLY. May not be used as an exit lane. (no parking. remain in vehicle.)

Lane #2 – Pickup/Dropoff for 1st-5th Grade. Students must exit from the right side of the vehicle. (no parking. remain in vehicle.)

Lane #1 – Pickup/Dropoff for Kindergarten students and their siblings ONLY. (no parking. remain in vehicle.)

For everybody's safety, only staff and students will be allowed beyond the school gates. Parents or volunteers may not access the building/playground.

Drop Off: All vehicles will enter the on the west side and exit on the east side. All vehicles must stop at the crosswalk for student drop off. Staff members will be located throughout the Kiss-n-Go lanes, east and west gates, and the front of the building to ensure student safety. Staff will direct vehicles to move forward. Parents must remain in their cars and allow staff members to assist with drop off. Students must wait for a staff member to assist them to and from cars in the center lane. Students will enter through the east gate for the 60s pod, 70s pod, and portables OR the west gate for the 40s pod and 50s pod. Kindergarten students will enter through the kindergarten gate. Students will find their teachers holding class signs. Parents and students who are walking must use the crosswalk. Please do not cut across the travel lanes.

Pick Up: All vehicles will enter the on the west side and exit on the east side. Parents picking up kindergarten students and their siblings will use lane 1 and pull past the crosswalk up to the kinder sign nearer to the east gates. All other vehicles must use lane 2 and stop at the crosswalk for student pickup. Staff members will be located throughout the Kiss-n-Go lanes, east and west gates, and the front of the building to ensure student safety. Staff will direct vehicles to move forward. All kindergarteners will exit through the kindergarten gate pick up. Sibling(s) of kindergarten students will meet their sibling(s) at the kindergarten gate. Parents and students who are walking must use the crosswalk. Please do not cut across the travel lanes.
